Since 2018, Bemis Family Dental has been the leader and preferred provider of quality dental services to our patients in Fort Worth and the surrounding areas. Our experienced dentists and staff offer comprehensive dental examinations and specialize in a wide array of cosmetic, preventative, general and specialized dental services.

Meet the Doctor
Dr. Nathaniel Bemis
Dr. Nathaniel Bemis grew up in the rainy weather of the Pacific Northwest. He has been enjoying sunny skies in Fort Worth since 2011. He attended Brigham Young University, graduating in 2007 and attended Oregon Health Sciences University Dental School, graduating in 2011. He has been practicing in Fort Worth and Hurst since moving to Texas and is excited to be part of the Lake Worth community.
Dr. Bemis is proficient in cosmetics, restorative, implant, and removable appliances, as well as oral surgery and endodontic procedures. He also is an orthodontic provider for Invisalign, an invisible aligner alternative to traditional braces.
Dr. Bemis purchased Dr. Dwayne Beeler’s practice in April of 2018. Dr. Beeler had decided to retire and spend more time with family, especially his grandchildren. After interviewing multiple dentists, Dr. Beeler selected Dr. Bemis to be his successor and continue his tradition of excellent dental care for his patients in Lake Worth.
Dr. Bemis named the practice Bemis Family Dental with the intent of helping patients know his commitment to being part of the community. “Our dental office takes pride in spending the time to build trust with patients. We do that by spending time getting to know people, finding out their expectations, and helping them understand their oral health. Bemis Family Dental is a place where you are going to be treated by Dr. Bemis, and we are going to treat you the way that we treat our friends and family.”
Father of three boys, Dr. Bemis can often be found either coaching or attending his children’s events. In what free time is left to him Dr. Bemis enjoys playing sports like basketball and volleyball and running obstacle course races if he’s not injured.
Meet the Team
Sarah
Director of Operations
Sarah joined our dental family in 2018, when she relocated from East Texas to Fort Worth. After meeting everyone at Bemis Family Dental, she knew she had found the office she had been looking for. Sarah has been in the dental field since 2009. Starting first as a dental assistant, moving on to the front desk, and then making her way into management. She truly believes that the success of the practice directly reflects the talent and culture of the team members as well as the doctor they have put their trust in. She is a Texas native who loves to travel, play PC games, and indulge in a serious Lego addiction.
Jacqulyn
Practice Manager
With over 7 years of experience as a dental assistant in both oral surgery and general dentistry, she has learned the ins and outs of what makes a practice run smoothly—and more importantly, what makes the patients and team feel truly cared for. Jaqulyn has recently stepped into the role of practice manager and has found her passion in keeping the day-to-day flowing, supporting the team, and making sure everyone feels welcome. Whether it’s coordinating schedules, solving problems, or just bringing positive energy to the office, Jacqulyn is all in. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family, going to Rangers games, and anything that can be done outside.
Sidney
Hygienist
Sidney grew up in central Indiana, and after high school moved to Hawaii, then the Washington DC metro area. She attended Northern Virginia Community College, graduating in 2011 as a Registered Dental Hygienist. Sidney moved to Texas in 2015 to be closer to family, and has fallen in love with the sunny weather, but not the fire ants. She has practiced in Hurst, Fort Worth, and has found her forever office at Bemis Family Dental.
Sidney has worked primarily in small family practice dental offices and had the pleasure of working in a Special Needs dental practice for several years before working at Bemis Family Dental. She is a skilled hygienist with a kind personality and feels comfortable working with all patient populations. Sidney has a passion for a holistic approach to dentistry by treating the whole person, not just the teeth, making sure to address how inflammatory and systemic diseases can affect whole body and oral health.
When Sidney is not at the office, she enjoys spending time with her daughter Ava, working with clients as a Certified Personal Trainer/Certified Nutrition Coach, weight training at the gym, and traveling.
Amy
Registered Dental Assistant
A Texas native, Amy completed her studies at Remmington College in Fort Worth. She has been in the Dental field since 2016. Her favorite part of being a dental assistant is seeing the smile on each patient’s face after finishing their treatment. Amy truly enjoys connecting with her patients, delivering compassionate care and being a top professional in her field.
After meeting Dr. Bemis and the team, Amy knew she found her forever home with Bemis Family Dental. Amy fills her spare time doing anything outdoors, and loves taking care of her many plants!
Ava
Registered Dental Assistant
Ava is a dedicated dental assistant who plays a key role in ensuring every patient feels comfortable and cared for during their visit. Her experience in chair-side assisting, and her can-do attitude, Ava supports the dentist during procedures and helps create a smooth, efficient workflow. Ava is currently enrolled in college and hopes to become a dentist herself one day. In her free time, Ava enjoys reading sci-fi and fantasy stories.
